If there’s one word that sums up Kent Fire and Rescue Service, it is authentic. Our customers rely on us and we rely on each other. Not only are we trusted to be there when we’re needed and to do the right thing without judgment or prejudice, we also make sure that everyone is included and treated equally according to their needs.
We are proud of our workforce and how they behave and communicate. Our great strength is that our identity is genuine. It reflects the true nature of our organisation and is not manufactured or contrived – we are who and what we say we are, and are here to help and support our customers and each other, regardless of circumstances.
All our communications, whether with each other, our customers or other organisations, can and should always reflect this, because it is genuinely who we are.
